Harvesting at the Peak of Freshness:We harvested the Sweet Potato at their peak of freshness. This is a crucial step, as the quality of the Sweet Potato at the time of harvest directly impacts their taste and nutritional value once frozen.

Peeling and Cleaning:Once harvested, They are then peeled with a peeling machine to guarantee a clean peel free of influence on next operations. After peeling, they are thoroughly cleaned to eliminate dirt, bacteria, and any unwanted contaminants.

Shapes and Cutting:Using a cutting machine, the peeled sweet potatoes are cut into desired dices .

Rinsing and Soaking:To eliminate surface starch, the cut sweet potato soak in cold water for a duration. Then they are cleaned.

Blanching:Then they are blanched in hot water under time and temperature control based on the cut thickness and variety of the Sweet Potato.

Draining and Cooling:the cut sweet potato need cool fast to room temperature. They are then drained to eliminate extra surface moisture

IQF Freezing:Then they are rapidly frozen using a method called Individual Quick Freezing(IQF). IQF Processing is crucial in maintaining the original texture and taste.

Packaging:Once frozen, the cut sweet potato are ready for packaging. They are carefully measured and sealed in airtight packaging, protecting them from freezer burn and preserving their quality.

  • Retail packaging:500g,1kg,2.5kg/Bag or According to customer’s request.

  • We have established good tracing system, finished product can be traced to the raw material, assure we can easy checking the reason and improve it in case of goods have problem.

Preparation

FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK TO A TEMPERATURE OF 165’F. TO SERVE COLD, PREPARE VEGETABLES AS STATED BELOW, THEN COOL AS RAPIDLY AS POSSIBLE TO REFRIGERATED TEMPERATURE.
